THE ATWATER IN BOGOTA, NJ ROLLS OUT LIMITED TIME INCENTIVES ON SELECT NUMBER OF PREMIUM APARTMENTS

BOGOTA, NJ – The Atwater has rolled out special limited time incentives on a select number of its luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Offered until January 10, 2022, the new incentives include two months free on an 18-month lease for two-bedroom homes and one month free on a 13-month lease or two months free on a 26th month lease of a one-bedroom home.  Prospects who sign a lease for a two-bedroom home will also receive one unreserved parking spot free for six months. 

The new incentive package comes as the upscale community on the banks of the Hackensack River in Bogota, NJ nears the end of its leasing program.  Developed by PCD Development, The Atwater has surpassed 90% leased as renters respond to its well-appointed homes, world-class amenities and commuter-friendly location.
