Service of Prayer and Action for Ukraine at West Side Presbyterian Church
RIDGEWOOD – Angry. Heartbroken. Helpless. Hopeless. Afraid.
As the war in Ukraine escalates, West Side Presbyterian Church invites you to channel these feelings into positive action.
Join us on Saturday, March 19 at 5:00 pm (in person or at www.westside.org) for an ecumenical Service of Prayer and Action for Ukraine. We’ll come together as a community to pray, sing, listen and donate.
West Side’s Mission and Social Concerns Committee has identified three organizations that will be the focus of our giving during the service:
Salvation Army’s Ukraine Relief Fund
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and World Mission
OVD-Info - an organization that provides legal assistance to protestors and others facing political persecution in Russia.
Everyone is welcome!
Founded in 1912, West Side is a welcoming, inclusive church where people of all ages grow in faith, form lasting friendships and help our neighbors in need. West Side is located at 6 South Monroe Street in Ridgewood. For more information, please visit westside.org.
