The New York International Travel Show Set to Debut Oct. 28-30, 2022


This annual event, which replaces The New York Times Travel Show, will gather the travel industry to address the future of global travel & tourism and the latest travel trends.

New York, N.Y.—The New York International Travel Show (nyITS 2022), a new trade and consumer travel conference and exhibition that replaces The New York Times Travel Show, will take place from Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

“After producing and managing the New York Times Travel Show for the previous 17 years, we understand the importance of having a world-class travel industry conference and exhibition in New York that addresses issues important to the recovery of global tourism”, said Paul Muir, president of nyITS 2022. “We are delighted to be teaming up again with many of our travel industry partners and sponsors.”

nyITS 2022 will feature hundreds of travel exhibitors from around the U.S. and around the world—including hotels, resorts, spas, cruise lines and airlines—and will present the latest travel news, trends and inspiration for the year ahead.Travel industry conference programs will include several targeted summits focusing on new business models and emerging solutions for the travel industry. Seminars for consumers will showcase travel experts to help travelers in their research and decision making on where to go next.

Trade Day
The first day of nyITS 2022 on Friday, Oct. 28 is reserved exclusively for travel industry professionals and members of the travel media. The day will include seminars and panels of experts to provide travel professionals with the latest industry products and services, destination information and travel trends. The exhibition will be open exclusively to travel professionals to
network and negotiate business opportunities.

Consumer Days
The second and third days of nyITS 2022, on Saturday, Oct. 29, and Sunday, Oct. 30, will feature a major exhibition of domestic and international travel companies and destinations, including tour operators, packagers, hotels and resorts, and cruise lines featured in several cultural and regional pavilions. Dozens of targeted and timely seminars will be presented by leading travel experts from around the world. Special stages will feature cultural presentations and performances, food demonstrations, and one-on-one meetings.
