We are thrilled to announce the launch of four delicious, innovative and on-trend products to The Gracious Gourmet Collection. We’re also pleased to share news of expanded production capabilities to provide even more appealing custom options for products.  
 
Private label opportunities from The Gracious Gourmet are available for items in our existing line, along with our ability to create custom formulations and develop new products. Formulations can be made for retail and foodservice use in 2 oz., 4 oz., 7.75 oz. half-gallon and gallon containers.
 
Our newest branded items are:

Caramelized Onion Fig Spread -
Sweet figs and caramelized onions combine to make a spread with tremendous versatility! Pair it with cheese and charcuterie plates, roasted meats, sandwiches and flatbreads.

Roasted Tomato Pesto -
Richly flavored tomatoes are enhanced with a hint of Calabrian chile heat to offer an on-trend and different take on this perennial favorite. It's ready for way more than pasta and is allergen free, to boot.Strawberry Black Pepper Jam -
Strawberries enhanced with black pepper and balsamic vinegar elevate an all-time favorite. This versatile jam can be used with sweet and savory foods. It is a perfectly balanced, nuanced flavor.

White Balsamic Hatch Chile Jelly -
This unique, spicy pepper jelly is made with sweet white balsamic vinegar, hot New Mexican Hatch chiles and a kick of habaneros. Serve with cream cheese or with roast meats and in a sandwich.
