Valley Health System Named a Top Health System Employer In New Jersey on “America’s Best Employers By State” 2024 List Presented by Forbes
PARAMUS, NJ, September 30, 2024 – Valley Health System has been named one of the top employers within the “Healthcare and Social Services” industry in New Jersey on “America’s Best Employers By State” list for 2024, published by Forbes. Valley has also ranked among the top 50 best employers in New Jersey.
These prestigious recognitions are presented by Forbes, a business magazine, in partnership with Statista Inc., a data and business intelligence platform.

“America's Best Employers By State” 2024 were identified in a survey based on a vast sample of approximately 160,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 people within the United States, according to Forbes. Across numerous industry sectors, 1,294 organizations were ranked among the best employers.
Survey participants were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of 0 to 10. Employees were also asked to evaluate employers they had worked for within the past two years, as well as organizations that they knew of within their industry or through friends or family who worked there. Responses were then tallied and incorporated into a scoring system.
