Valley Medical Group Opens Integrative Medicine Practice in Montvale

PARAMUS, NJ, October 17, 2024 – Valley Medical Group is proud to announce the opening of its new Integrative Medicine practice, located at 141 North Kinderkamack Road in Montvale, New Jersey.

This practice offers chiropractic care and acupuncture services to patients who are on a healing journey or looking for pain relief. Comprehensive and personalized treatment plans will be developed for each patient based on their individual medical needs and preferences.

Lori Nuzzi, DC

Valley Medical Group welcomes Lori Nuzzi, DC, as the Medical Director of Integrative Medicine for Valley Medical Group and the practice’s chiropractor. Dr. Nuzzi brings more than 30 years of chiropractic experience to Valley and comprehensive education of individuals suffering from musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Using a multifaceted approach that transcends traditional chiropractic care and integrates various modalities, Dr. Nuzzi addresses the well-being of her patients.

“Complimenting non-traditional care like chiropractic and acupuncture with conventional medicine can offer many benefits,” said Dr. Nuzzi. “This includes enhanced pain management, improved recovery and healing, reduced side effects, stress reduction, patient empowerment, and preventive care.”

Daniel Yoo, LAc

Daniel Yoo, LAc, also joins the Valley Medical Group team as the practice’s acupuncturist. He is a board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist with more than eight years of experience. Daniel specializes in pain management, orthopedics, and sports medicine. He has extensive experience treating patients with headaches/migraines, digestive problems, insomnia, stress and anxiety, reproductive/fertility issues, and autoimmune conditions.

“I use traditional Korean, Japanese, and Chinese medicine and palpation-based diagnostic approaches to get real-time feedback from patients to guide treatment,” said Daniel. “I focus on individual treatment plans for patients to enhance outcomes and speed recovery.”
