PARAMUS, NJ – County Executive Jim Tedesco, the County Board of Commissioners, and the County Parks Department invite you to enjoy the second weekend of Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland, presented by Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. North Jersey’s premier destination for winter family fun is back and bigger than ever this year—and double the footprint of Bryant Park! Visit Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun County Park, 216 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ, 07652, for outdoor ice skating, Blitzen’s Bumper Cars, children’s activities, a beer and wine garden, live musical entertainment, and more! New this year, experience even more winter wonder with Bergen’s Winter Wonderland Holiday Tap Takeover, showcasing local Bergen County breweries, and the Winter Craft Village, featuring local craft vendors and small businesses.

Hours of Operation and Upcoming Events

OPEN November 29 through January 12

The hours of operation are Fridays, 4 PM–9 PM; Saturdays, 11 AM–9 PM; and Sundays, 11 AM–7 PM. Monday and Wednesday, the ice rink will be open for skating from 3 PM–9 PM. Winter Wonderland will have adjusted hours on Christmas Eve (12/24) and New Year’s Eve (12/31) and operate 11 AM–6 PM. From December 26–January 1, Winter Wonderland will operate 11 AM–9 PM. Winter Wonderland will be closed on Christmas (12/25).

Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland is North Jersey’s premier destination for winter family fun! Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun County Park is in its 9th season and draws over 30,000 visitors annually for holiday fun and community spirit. This year, the event introduces an exciting Winter Craft Village with local craft vendors, Blitzen’s Bumper Cars (previously Ice Bumper Cars), and weekly live musical entertainment. Set amidst dazzling decorations and a towering 40-foot Christmas Tree, guests can enjoy outdoor ice skating, games, and a cozy beer and wine garden. Winter Wonderland has become a cherished tradition, uniting Bergen County’s 70 municipalities and showcasing year-round access to the Bergen County Parks System.
