The office is owned by franchisee Eric Nadel, a finance pro with expertise in commercial real estate, and who is adding jobs to the local economy by hiring up to five brokers to help identify and manage successful deals.

He also previously owned a Little Gym franchise which he later sold. His entrepreneurial skills run in the family as his father owned several businesses, including a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop.
Nadel sees a strong market for businesses in Upper Bergen County seeking to move to the next level.
