Local Bergen County Resident Recognized Among New Jersey’s Top Hispanic Business Leaders

CLOSTER, NJ — Evelyn Castillo, Preferred Business Executive for Specialized Consumer Client Solutions at Bank of America, has been named to BINJE’s Best: Hispanic Business Leaders 2025, recognizing 72 professionals making meaningful contributions to New Jersey’s economy and communities.

In her role at Bank of America, Evelyn and her leadership team are responsible for establishing the overall direction and implementing strategic initiatives to provide holistic solutions to 875K+ emerging business owners. Evelyn’s leadership team is comprised of seven Regional Executives and 57 Market Leaders overseeing nearly 900 Business Solutions Advisors who serve clients across 26 states. With a focus on delivering exceptional client care, the team provides personalized solutions, valuable rewards, and advice and guidance for clients with more complex banking, borrowing, and investing needs, as well as for small businesses with revenue of up to $1 million.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Evelyn is the co-executive sponsor for the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Investment (HOLA) – New Jersey Chapter and an active participant in the LEAD for Women employee network. She has spent the last 20 years building, leading, and motivating her teams to success. She lives in Bergen County with her family.
