New Jersey’s Lifeline for Diabetes Care: The Diabetes Foundation is Accepting Donations for Statewide Supply Repository

November 14, 2025—The Diabetes Foundation is proud to announce that it is now the only official diabetes supply repository in New Jersey, collecting donations and distributing life-saving diabetes supplies to those who need them most.

Through its new Supply Repository, the Diabetes Foundation collects unused, unopened, and unexpired diabetes supplies and redistributes them—free of charge—to individuals who would otherwise go without. The repository ensures that every donated item goes directly to someone in need, helping New Jersey residents manage their diabetes safely and effectively.

According to an August 2025 report from the American Diabetes Association, individuals living with diabetes face nearly 2.6 times higher personal medical expenses than those without the condition. The Diabetes Foundation is working to change that reality by providing a sustainable, community-based source of safe, essential diabetes tools and supplies.

Donate Today: Make a Life-Saving Impact

The Supply Repository depends on community donations to help those living with diabetes across New Jersey. The Foundation welcomes contributions from individuals and families—including those who may have supplies from a loved one who lived with diabetes. Donating unused, unopened, and unexpired items in a meaningful way gives life-saving resources a new purpose and makes a lasting difference.

The Foundation accepts:

Glucose Meters

Glucose Test Strips

KetoStix

Lancing Devices & Lancets

Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Supplies

Insulin Pump Infusion Sets

Glucagon

To donate, complete the form with your information and list of items, then use the provided shipping label or drop off your supplies at the Diabetes Foundation office.
