Larken Associates Wins Two Sales and Marketing Awards at 38th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention
Atlantic City, N.J. (April 2, 2026) – Larken Associates, a leading full-service commercial and residential real estate firm, earned two Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards from the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) at the 38th annual Atlantic Builders Convention.
The firm won Best Home in a Rental Community with 200 Apartments or Less and Best E-Brochure for Monte View at Pohatcong, its 120-unit Larken Living community in Warren County, New Jersey.
