Hackensack, N.J. (November 10, 2025) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has negotiated the sale of a two-building 12,589-square-foot development site located at 147–153 Hudson Street in Hackensack, N.J., to the Housing Development Corp. of Bergen County. Vice President Anthony J. Cassano represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
