MORRISTOWN, NJ – NOVEMBER 19, 2021 – When was the last time you took a moment to care for yourself? Are you feeling and looking as good as you would like? Are you looking for products to enhance your well-being that are locally sourced and support small businesses?
If you have not taken time for yourself, you are not alone. The challenges and changes of the last few years have made it difficult to prioritize our health and well-being needs.
Now more than ever, Atlantic Health System believes self-care shouldn’t be considered only a luxury, but a necessary part of everyone’s health and wellness journey.
To help make that journey easier, Atlantic Health System’s Chambers Center for Well-Being is excited to unveil new features and services, including an easier-to-navigate website, and a fresh look and feel, designed to help its communities look and feel their best.
Chambers Center for Well-Being provides high-quality medical, spa, fitness and lifestyle services designed to help make self-care easier and more enjoyable. Its main focus is on overall well-being and integrated care, along with support for healthier lifestyles, as the core foundation for health and living well.
“Never before have people embraced self-care the way they are now,” says Nikki Sumpter, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Atlantic Health System. “Our team at Chambers Center for Well-Being understands that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. We embrace each and every person’s unique definition of wellness and provide them with the resources and support they need to feel reinvigorated and rejuvenated.”
The Center’s new look includes a refreshed logo that incorporates the image of a person, surrounded by semicircles in colors that represent Chambers Center for Well-Being and Atlantic Health System. “The overarching theme is to show how our clients are at the center of everything we do, and how we are there to guide and support them in their evolving journey,” Sumpter says.
Other visible signs of the Center’s enhancements include:
A new website that allows clients to book individual services online and to purchase e-gift cards
A refreshed on-site gift shop featuring more locally sourced products, including products from minority-owned businesses.
Along with our full menu of wellness, spa, fitness, and functional medicine services, the Center also continues to add new offerings, care practitioners and additional wellness categories for its clients.
Services at Chambers Center for Well-Being include:
Medical care from Bianca Chiara, MD, a functional medicine physician who seeks to treat the root cause of illnesses
Medical spa services, including acupuncture, skin care treatments and massage therapy
Thermal (cold and warm-temperature) services including Biomat?, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and Himalayan salt treatment
