Connie Ludwin Joins Rosica as SVP, Offering Agency’s Nonprofit Clients Deep Expertise in PR, Corporate Communications, Cause Marketing, and Strategic Marketing

Fair Lawn, NJ – Rosica Communications, a national PR, marketing, and communications agency specializing in the nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors, today announced that Connie Ludwin has joined the firm as senior vice president. Connie’s is a social impact communications leader who, throughout her career, has driven transformation and growth for organizations in the nonprofit, philanthropic, education and health sectors.

For the past decade, Ludwin was vice president of account operations for Taft Communications where she was a vital part of the firm’s growth and evolution. As leader of the agency’s Social Impact practice, she provided strategy and thought leadership to prominent mission-driven clients including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, New Jersey Prevention Network, United Way of Mercer County, Prudential Foundation, and other nonprofit organizations.

Before Taft, Ludwin had a successful career in the nonprofit sector that spanned more than 25 years. She served as CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey and, with Chris Rosica, worked to heighten visibility for Clubs, as well as raising needed funding for this quality after school program. She also forged partnerships between public and private entities and celebrities, and developed and executed cause marketing, public relations, special events, and other brand-building activities for Boys & Girls Clubs.

Ludwin is active in the nonprofit community and contributes as a member of the resource development committee of the NJ Center for Non-Profits, where she previously on its board of directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kean University and certificates in nonprofit management from Columbia University and Seton Hall University. She is also a 2002 LeadNJ fellow.
