For more than 30 years, Dr. Buddle served as the Director of Rehabilitation at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. His connection to NJ Sharing Network began in 2007 when he earned a staff position as Family Support and Faith- Based Outreach Coordinator. He advanced his career to become Manager of Family Services, leading a team focused on supporting families emotionally and spiritually throughout the organ and tissue donation process. He also collaborated with donor families, hospitals and NJ Sharing Network team members to ensure that best practices were implemented on every case.
