Brightview Senior Living’s Holmdel Welcome Center Now Open
Senior living leader's second community underway in Monmouth County, NJ
Brightview Senior Living, a provider in senior living who builds, owns, and operates more than 40 communities along the East Coast, announces the opening of Brightview Holmdel’s Welcome Center.
The Welcome Center previews the lifestyle that future Brightview residents will enjoy — introducing them to both the associates who work at the community, as well as its vast amenities. Brightview Holmdel, located at 2135 NJ-35 in Holmdel, NJ, is currently under construction and will open in early 2025.
Executive Director Dana Goldfarb brings over twenty years of senior living experience to the community and was born in raised in Monmouth County.

The Holmdel Welcome Center showcases the community's amenities – such as an indoor pool, beauty salon, fitness and art studio, outdoor gardens, walking loop, bocce ball courts, and daily chef-prepared meals and happy hours with hors d'oeuvres.
The community will comprise 175 apartments: 90 Independent Living, 37 Assisted Living, 14 Assisted Living Gallery and 34 Memory Care. Independent Living residences are ideal for those looking for relief from daily chores and tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry. Their days are structured as they wish, and abundant activities are available. Residents who require oversight managing daily medications or mobility challenges benefit from Assisted Living apartments, while the Wellspring Village neighborhood empowers those living with dementia to maximize their independence in a secure environment. The Assisted Living Gallery program offers apartment homes with high-end finishes and a dedicated concierge to run errands, stock groceries, provide transportation to appointments, and more. Vibrant programming consisting of events, classes, and trips are offered and encouraged to all residents.
