PARAMUS, NJ, June 2, 2025 – Valley Medical Group congratulates Lori Nuzzi, DC, Medical Director of Integrative Medicine for Valley Medical Group, for receiving the Trail Blazer Award presented by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC), at the 2025 ANJC Annual Conference: The Next Chapter in Chiropractic. The conference took place May 16 and 17 at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
According to its website, the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, led by a 16-member board of directors, is a non-profit organization comprised of nearly 2,000 licensed chiropractors statewide. Through integrity, access, and education, the association works to promote the highest level of quality chiropractic care.
To recognize an innovator and pioneer in the practice of chiropractic, ANJC awards the Trail Blazer Award.
“Receiving this award is an incredible honor, and I am deeply humbled to receive it,” said Dr. Nuzzi. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion I’ve poured into my field, and I’m grateful to my peers for seeing me as a leader in integrative medicine. This award also affirms my commitment to patient care through a lens of expertise, constant learning, and service to my community. By bridging gaps in healthcare, fostering open communication, and always striving to improve, I hope to continue blazing a trail for others to follow.”
Dr. Nuzzi joined Valley in 2024, bringing with her more than 30 years of chiropractic experience and a comprehensive education of individuals suffering from musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Using a multifaceted approach that transcends traditional chiropractic care and integrates various modalities, Dr. Nuzzi addresses the well-being of her patients.
“What I find most rewarding about being a chiropractor is knowing that the work I do and the education I provide can truly impact someone's life,” said Dr. Nuzzi. “When pain is reduced, restrictions are lifted, and mobility and movement are restored, patients can find hope, feel better, and live better in a natural way.”
