MAGNOLIA LANDING TO HOST K-POP FOODIE FEST AUGUST 9TH
Festival Will Celebrate K-Pop Music, Dance, and Asian Street Food in Jersey City’s Journal Square Neighborhood
JERSEY CITY, NJ – Magnolia Landing, the dynamic public plaza next to the Journal Squared residential towers, will be jamming out K-Pop style on Saturday, August 9th, during the Jersey City K-Pop Foodie Fest.
Catchy beats and melodies, free dance lessons, and mouth-watering Asian street food are just some of the experiences guests will enjoy during a full afternoon and evening of activities. The festival is planned by MMFB Productions and sponsored by KRE Group, the same two Jersey City-based companies that teamed up to bring the Jersey City Night Market to Journal Square in 2024.
The K-Pop Foodie Fest is an extension of the Jersey City Night Market. Between 2:00 and 8:00 pm, guests will immerse themselves in the electrifying world of K-Pop music while enjoying food, drinks, activities, and products from local vendors.
Attendance is free. Guests are encouraged to register ahead of time by visiting the festival’s Eventbrite page, but walk-ins are welcome.

Magnolia Landing is located at 136 Magnolia Ave. in Jersey City, just steps from Journal Squared and the Journal Square PATH station. The public plaza’s dynamic programming is made possible by Jersey City-based developer KRE Group. KRE Group built Magnolia Landing as a lively public square where residents and visitors could gather to celebrate Jersey City's unique culture and commerce. The company continues to activate the plaza through sponsored programming. Today, Magnolia Landing is home to multiple festivals, concerts, and open-air markets held throughout the year.
