Juniper Village at Paramus Now Offering SilverSneakers? Fitness Classes

Certified instructors bring evidence-based exercise programs to residents and eligible older adults in the surrounding community

(January 13, 2026) [Paramus, NJ] – Juniper Village at Paramus is now offering SilverSneakers? fitness classes led by certified instructors, providing residents and older adults in the Paramus community with access to a nationally recognized fitness program designed to support healthy aging.

SilverSneakers? is an evidence-based fitness program for older adults, supported by research from organizations including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health. Studies show that participants experience improved physical and emotional health, reduced social isolation, and greater confidence in performing daily activities. Many participants report they would exercise less, or not at all, without the program.
