Larken Associates’ Jamie Kerr and Amber Catanzaro Recognized at Institute of Real Estate Management Tri-State Conference
Branchburg, N.J. (April 15, 2026) – Larken Associates, a leading full-service commercial and residential real estate firm, is proud to announce that its Director of Commercial Asset Management, Jamie Kerr, and Commercial Property Manager, Amber Catanzaro, were recognized for significant professional achievements at the 2026 Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Tri-State Conference.
Kerr was presented as the 2025 CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate of the Year by the New Jersey chapter of IREM and subsequently earned the CPM designation, one of the commercial real estate industry’s most respected credentials for property management professionals.
Catanzaro was recognized at the event for completing the requirements for the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification, one of the top designations for emerging property management leaders, and was formally pinned during the conference ceremony.

As Director of Commercial Asset Management, Kerr oversees the day-to-day operations of Larken Associates’ approximately four million-square-foot commercial portfolio spanning across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She works closely with Eickmeyer and the firm’s executive leadership team to maximize asset performance and streamline interdepartmental efficiencies.
In her role as Commercial Property Manager, Catanzaro works closely with tenants, vendors and internal teams to maintain high property performance, address operational needs, and ensure tenant satisfaction across the firm’s New Jersey commercial portfolio.
