The Valley Hospital Foundation to Host Fourth Annual “Step Up for Valley” Virtual Fitness Challenge


PARAMUS, NJ, August 12, 2025 – The Valley Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce that the fourth annual Step Up for Valley virtual fitness challenge will take place from September 6 to September 13, 2025. The proceeds from this week-long fundraiser will be donated to benefit Valley’s cardiac obstetric initiative that screens, identifies, and supports pregnant and postpartum patients with hypertension (high blood pressure).

Hackensack, NJ – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco, the Board of Commissioners, and the Department of Human Services announce that several emergency cooling centers will be opened throughout the County to help residents stay cool during the upcoming heat wave, as temperatures are expected to climb over 90 degrees.
