NEW YORK, NY, January 26, 2022 - The New York Travel & Adventure Show is coming up this weekend, January 28 - 29, 2023, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center with more exhibitors and events, travel insights and advice from top industry experts, opportunities to plan future adventures and even win a dream trip. This week, the show broke its record for ticket sales in one day as anticipation for the show heats up in the tri-state area.
Travel demand is at an all-time high and this year’s New York show is shaping up to be a fun-filled and incredibly informative two-day weekend event, where travel enthusiasts will enjoy a variety of unique experiences that will inspire them to pick up their travel plans.
The Biggest Names In Travel Are Here With All The Tips
With over 30 travel sessions available at the show hosted by industry notables, guests will leave the show almost overwhelmed with ideas on where to start planning their next trip. Samantha Brown, Pauline Frommer, Ernest White II, Andrew McCarthy and Peter Greenberg are some of the big names travelers will be able to hear from and meet at the show. The LGBTQ+ Pavilion Has Info & Advice On Planning for 2023 (And Drag!)
LGBTQ travelers and their allies will find a warm welcome at the LGBTQ Travel Pavilion, where they’ll meet expert speakers providing educational, inspiring and entertaining content on experiences, tours, cruises and travel packages, as well as truly welcoming hotels and the most LGBTQ-friendly insurance to help you do it safely and with confidence.
Along with this, guests will get ready to dance and sing along to the drag performances at the pavilion! Naples Pride is excited to sponsor Karma Sutra, who is coming out of retirement from her short career to perform for the show. No Passport No Problem (Renewals Too)
The New York Travel & Adventure Show features many domestic destinations, tour operators and more. But for those who may be looking to get their first passport or need to get their passport renewed, the Passport Acceptance Program still has openings throughout the weekend. The New York Passport Agency will give attendees the opportunity to expedite, apply for and renew their passports right on the show floor. Trip Exhibitors to Look Out For
From Aruba, Africa, Alaska, Barbados, Cape Cod and the Cayman Islands, to Maine, Miami, Pakistan, Sicily, St. Augustine, Tahiti and Taiwan – the Travel & Adventure Show already has hundreds of international and domestic destinations, tour operators, cruise lines and travel suppliers secured for what will be NY’s largest travel gathering since 2019.
