Thursday, May 25 - Sunday, June 11
The hours are:
Wednesday - Friday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday/Memorial Day: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
“We’re excited to bring our L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival to Westfield Garden State Plaza as the public will get to enjoy various activities at the event,” said Nick DeMauro, CEO of L.E.A.D. “We look forward to seeing the turnout as everyone who attends will help us to advance the program that we have for school children in Paramus, by preventing more students in the town from becoming involved with drugs and violence and continuing to improve police-community relationships.”
L.E.A.D. provides services “On the Street” and “In the Classroom” as it brings law enforcement and communities closer together. The “In the Classroom” program is taught by 3800 trained instructors in 41 states. L.E.A.D. has a proven effective, law enforcement-focused anti–drug, anti–violence curriculum for K-12 students in the U.S. The L.E.A.D. curriculum is taught over the course of a 10-week program to educate youth on how they can make smart decisions without the involvement of drugs or violence.
Along with fairway rides, performances will be held by Anastasini Circus at the L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival, which are included in the general admission price of $5. Midway will be provided by Reithoffer Shows.
