Bergenfield, N.J. (September 19, 2024) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated the sale of a 12,000-square-foot industrial/flex building located at 41 Woodbine Street in Bergenfield, N.J. for $2.7M. Vice President Dominic Fittizzi represented the seller, RLR Corporation, in the transaction with the buyer, 160 Belmont, LLC.
Situated on a half-acre lot at the intersection of West Broad Street and Woodbine Street, 41 Woodbine Street is a single-story industrial/flex building spanning 12,000 square feet. The building boasts 12’6’’ clear ceiling heights, two loading docks, 540 square feet of office space, 25 parking spaces and on-site trailer parking. Relocating from New York City, the buyer plans to utilize the space to manufacture signs and trade show materials.
