CenterPath Wellness Offers Free Mental Health Services for Uninsured in NJ Via Telehealth and in Person at Plainfield Office

Plainfield, NJ – Mental health challenges across New Jersey are on the rise, while access to affordable care remains difficult, especially for uninsured individuals. CenterPath Wellness (CPW), an affiliated counseling service of Easterseals New Jersey, is partnering with NJMHAPPs, a state-funded initiative, to offer select no-cost mental health services to uninsured New Jersey residents.

Through this partnership, CenterPath Wellness is providing coverage for core services such as individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication and injection management, partial care services, and case management for those with serious mental illness. *These services are available in-person at CPW’s Plainfield office or via telehealth.

CenterPath Wellness is currently accepting new patients. Uninsured individuals seeking mental health services are encouraged to call to confirm service availability and eligibility.

*Please note: Only services specifically covered under NJMHAPPs are free of charge. Not all services offered by CenterPath Wellness are included in this funding. Ancillary supports, pre-admission and in-reach services, housing supports, and some employment or educational services may not be covered.
