Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, is proud to announce that Managing Director William Ericksen, CCIM has earned his Society of Office and Industrial Realtors? (SIOR) designation, the highest designation achievable in commercial real estate.
Ericksen is the youngest person in NAI James E. Hanson’s history to earn the SIOR designation, the youngest designee in the New Jersey SIOR chapter, and the youngest designee in the Northeast United States, defined as Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
SIOR is recognized as the world’s leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. Its network spans over 50 countries and includes the globe’s top commercial real estate producers. To achieve the SIOR designation, Ericksen demonstrated a track record of maintaining a high volume of closed deals while focusing on professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity while completing stringent educational requirements.
