Larken Associates Wins Nine Awards of Excellence from the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey
East Hanover, N.J. (July 2, 2025) – Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, earned nine awards at the 2025 Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey Awards of Excellence held on June 26 at the Hanover Manor in East Hanover, New Jersey.
The firm received top honors for The Ridge at Readington, its 254-unit luxury multifamily community in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, across each of the following categories:

Situated in the heart of Hunterdon County, The Ridge at Readington features a diverse mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments across seven garden-style buildings and two elevatored buildings. Larken Associates has been a staunch supporter of From Houses to Homes since 2019, building on President and CEO David Gardner’s more than a decade of personal support. Each year, the firm sends a team of volunteers to Guatemala’s highlands region to help build homes and distribute clothing, children’s toys, books, and other much-needed supplies donated by employees. Larken Associates also proudly sponsors the education of two students of Escuela Kemna’Oj, a pre-K through 9th grade school founded by From Houses to Homes in 2013. The firm plans to complete its next volunteer mission in the fall.
