Larken Associates’ Victor Kelly Named a 2025 NJBIZ Leader in Real Estate, Construction and Design
Somerset, N.J. (June 18, 2025) – Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is proud to announce that Victor Kelly, Executive Vice President, Commercial Division, was honored at the 2025 NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design Awards Ceremony held on June 10 at The Marigold in Somerset, New Jersey.
Held annually, the NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design Awards celebrate the individuals, companies and projects changing the real estate landscape of New Jersey.

Kelly joined Larken Associates in 1987 and was appointed to the company's executive leadership team shortly thereafter. Throughout his tenure, Kelly has negotiated thousands of leases with national and international corporations, major retailers, and many of New Jersey’s leading healthcare systems. Beyond his leasing success, Kelly also works with Larken Associates’ development and construction teams to secure approvals for new construction projects and tenant improvements, as well as variances for site plans, to expand and enhance the quality of Larken Associates’ commercial portfolio.
