Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services President and CEO Cory Storch Named a 2025 NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards Honoree

Somerset, N.J. (October 16, 2025) – Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services (Bridgeway), a community-based provider supporting individuals and families facing mental health challenges, is proud to share that President and CEO Cory Storch was recognized at the inaugural NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards held on October 14 at The Palace at Somerset Park.
The NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards recognize executives who’ve consistently demonstrated remarkable leadership skills, integrity, values, vision, and community service.
As President and CEO of Bridgeway, Storch sets the agency’s strategic direction and oversees the operations of various programs, including Supportive Housing and Homeless Outreach Services, Crisis Intervention Services (through Bridgeway’s Mental Health Urgent Care centers in Hudson and Union Counties), Employment/Career Services, Outpatient Counseling Services, and more. Since joining Bridgeway in 1977, Storch’s leadership has guided the organization’s growth from a small vocational services organization to a comprehensive behavioral health services provider reaching more than 7,000 individuals annually across northern and central New Jersey.
“I’ve had the privilege of working at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services for nearly 50 years, with more than 35 years serving as President and CEO,” said Storch. “Being recognized by NJBIZ with the Executive Excellence Award is an incredible honor that reflects not just the work I’ve done, but the indelible impact our entire team has had on communities throughout New Jersey. I’m excited to continue working alongside our staff to help New Jersey’s most vulnerable populations achieve lasting recovery.”
Earlier this year, Bridgeway launched its Capital Campaign to transform its long-standing home at 567 Morris Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey, into a modern Center for Integrated Outpatient Services.
