RIDGEWOOD— Fire. Flood. Sacrifice. Storm. A miraculous ascent into heaven. These are just some of the elements that make up Felix Mendelssohn’s captivating oratorio, Elijah. Considered the crowning glory of his career, the piece dramatizes the Old Testament account of droughts and floods brought on by a Hebrew prophet who seeks to show his nation that there is only one God.

A Race for Research: Susan Zabransky Hughes Memorial 5K Race and Run Raise Funds to Support Cervical Cancer Research at Hackensack Meridian Health
