Art Exhibition Features Commentary on Capitalism

NAI James E. Hanson Negotiates Sale of Bergen County Mixed-Use Property


Oradell, N.J. (January 15, 2025) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has negotiated the sale of a 3,125-square-foot mixed-use building located at 22 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, N.J. for $827,500. Vice Presidents Anthony J. Cassano and Dick Hecker represented the seller, Lee Squire, and Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer, Adam Dayson of Dayson’s Home Improvements.

KBC Advisors Contributes $50,000 to the Sharing Network Foundation to Help Save and Enhance Lives Through Organ and Tissue Donation
