Green Infrastructure for Environmental Justice Community Meeting to Take Place in Hackensack


(November 9, 2023; Hackensack, New Jersey) – The Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) invites the public to attend the “Green Infrastructure for Environmental Justice Community Meeting” on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The meeting takes place at Second Reformed Church, located at 436 Union Street in Hackensack, New Jersey 07601, and is free.

Join the NNJCF and find out about an exciting project to help reduce future flooding in Hackensack and make neighborhoods in the city greener and healthier.  Participants in the meeting will learn about green infrastructure and environmental justice, and how they can get involved in strategies to promote these issues in central Hackensack.

Green Infrastructure for Environmental Justice
