OsteoStrong Paramus Welcomes Toni Ferrarie as their Center Manager
PARAMUS, NJ – January 9, 2024 – OsteoStrong, a state-of-the-art wellness center in Paramus, announces that Toni Ferrarie has joined their team as the Center Manager.
She joins the wellness center with an enthusiasm to introduce the OsteoStong exercise system to anyone seeking improved wellness, “I am so excited to tell everyone about improving bone health and increasing balance and strength using this innovative, results-driven system.” Toni stated. OsteoStrong 's proven system, focusing on low-impact, high-intensity exercises, aligns seamlessly with Toni's philosophy of promoting comprehensive holistic wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
Toni founded The Breathing Room yoga studio and MyYogaAnytime.com and holds advanced certifications in yoga including designations as a yoga instructor and education provider. (RYT-500/ERYT/YACEP). In June 2024, Toni will lead a yoga retreat at the renowned Himalayan Institute in Pennsylvania. She teaches at Mahwah Senior Center and Zen Den Yoga Studio in Boonton. Last year, she instructed at the Sedona Yoga Festival in Arizona and the OM Yoga Festival in Vermont.
Toni is the founder of Live Breathe Travel. Her travel agency specializes in active adult wellness travel and retreats. She is certified as a CTA (Certified Travel Associate) and CCC (Certified Cruise Counselor).
Toni is a member of several chambers of commerce and Rotary International. She is also active in several business groups related to wellness, senior citizen well-being and women’s networking. She volunteers for organizations such as the Alzheimer Association of New Jersey and speaks for groups related to the ALZ cause and the benefits of yoga and healthy lifestyle for seniors. She has held executive positions on various boards.
Toni’s former professional roles include Director of Administration for Earnings Performance Group, Short Hills, for 15 years. She left corporate life to work on building her family business and went on to work as a licensed Realtor in residential real estate and specialized in the sale of properties in foreclosure for banks and corporations. Her most recent position was with Remax. She is now focused on her passion for wellness and healthy lifestyles.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and certification in Digital Marketing Science.
