The Paramus Run will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 9:00 am at Fairfield Inn & Suites, near Paramus Park. More than 1,000 men, women, and children are expected to participate in the 10K and 5K runs, a 5K walk, and a 1-mile Kids Fun Run. Proceeds will benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund, the Pediatric Section of the Emergency Department in The Valley Hospital, and the hospital’s Butterflies, a specialized program for seriously ill children in our community. The day includes an awards ceremony, dozens of raffle prizes and a pre/post race party featuring many of our sponsors.
