60,000-SQUARE-FOOT EVENT CENTER OPENS AT AMERICAN DREAM
Dream Live Performing Arts Center Also Debuts July 25
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (July 20, 2026) – As the World Cup and 39-day Dream Fan Fest come to a close, American Dream continues to expand its world-class entertainment offerings with the debut of two state-of-the-art venues: the Event Center and the Dream Live Performing Arts Center.
The 60,000 square-foot Event Center officially opened yesterday, hosting a private hospitality event for several thousand ticket holders prior to the World Cup Final. The Dream Live Performing Arts Center will make its debut on July 25 as Victory Fighting League presents VFL 4: Havoc on the Hudson, beginning at 7 p.m.

The Event Center at American Dream is a highly versatile 60,000-square-foot venue located inside The Avenue, designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including exhibitions, consumer trade shows, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and large-scale hospitality experiences. Its flexible floor plan supports multiple configurations, from stage presentations to banquet-style events with integrated projection capabilities.
The venue can accommodate up to 3,500 guests and features space for more than 300 exhibitor booths and 190 banquet tables. Additional amenities include four breakout rooms, dedicated registration areas, and catering from American Dream’s world-class restaurants. A striking window wall offers sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, creating a memorable backdrop for events of all sizes.
Unlike traditional convention centers, the Event Center at American Dream offers organizers a truly unique destination experience. Beyond the event space, guests have access to more than 30 attractions, 105 dining destinations, and world-class retail offerings throughout the property. This integrated approach transforms traditional meetings, trade shows, and corporate gatherings into immersive experiences that extend well beyond the event floor.
The Dream Live Performing Arts Center, opening July 25, is a dynamic, multi-purpose venue that will host a diverse lineup of entertainment, including concerts, comedy, theater productions, cultural programming, community events, corporate events and live sporting events. Music programming will span genres such as rock, hip-hop, pop, EDM, and more.
The venue features a state-of-the-art L-Acoustics sound system, best-in-class lighting and video production capabilities, VIP seating, luxury suites, and elevated hospitality offerings. Ticketmaster will serve as the venue’s official ticketing partner.
Victory Fighting League’s VFL 4: Havoc on the Hudson will kick off a robust calendar of events at Dream Live PAC, including:
