Bergen County Department of Health Services and Local Hospitals Seek Community Input in 2025 Health Survey


Hackensack, NJ — The Bergen County Department of Health Services and the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), in collaboration with Bergen County’s seven non-profit hospitals, have officially launched the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey. Residents are encouraged to participate in this important online survey to help identify the top health and social service needs in the county.

BERGEN COUNTY DEDICATES NEW PUMPER TRAINING VEHICLE AT FIRE ACADEMY

(May 2, 2025) — Healthy Bergen, powered by the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), in collaboration with all seven non-profit hospital systems within Bergen County, recently launched the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Participating hospitals include Englewood Health, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, The Valley Hospital, Holy Name, Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center, Hackensack Meridian Health, and Christian Health.
