NAI James E. Hanson & Cohen Asset Management Ink Two New Leases at Bergen County Industrial/Flex Property

Nearly 70,000-square-foot property now fully leased.
Fairview, N.J. (June 16, 2025) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has negotiated a 6,789-square-foot lease and a 5,320-square-foot lease at 1 Broad Avenue in Fairview, New Jersey, bringing the building to 100% occupancy. Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Jessica Curry, CCIM represented the landlord, Cohen Asset Management, in both transactions.
